The hotel was close to the city center and had a pool. the staff was friendly and gave us valuable tips on where to eat. the room was clean and spacious.
The pool area was run down and painful to walk on. the instructions for check-out were unclear and required us to clean the room thoroughly before leaving.

Great location near PuyDuFou park. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Adequate shower with hot water. Lovely views of red squirrels. Safe and secure with coded gate. Helpful staff with good local knowledge. Free and easy wifi access. Children loved the outdoor pool.
Everything is what I need and want.

We recently spent our Christmas vacation at a hotel in the region and it had many positive aspects. the location was great for exploring nearby attractions, such as a historic castle and a pleasant café located below a market hall. the outdoor pool on site, whilst a little dated, was still enjoyable for the whole family. we were pleasantly surprised to find red squirrels in the vicinity of the property.
There were some negative aspects to our stay. Whilst the accommodations were clean and comfortable, there was a strong scent of nicotine which detracted from our experience.
